The best hotel experience I've ever had. This is a true 5 star resort. The place is like from a storybook with a private access to the valley of temples. Spa and restaurant both amazing to experience as well. The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating to every request. I would go back in a heartbeat. Absolutely worth it not only for the VIP views of temples but the experience, food, staff, decor, location, and ambiance. All impeccable.

The on-site restaurant is open for dinner and offers a blend of Mediterranean and European cuisine. We have stayed in this hotel several times so now it feels like home. The staff welcomes us with so much joy and care. We know most of them by name and they are all wonderful ! We love to stay in this hotel, the facilities and the rooms are great, location is prime! Right in the center of Palermo so we walk everywhere. The restaurants are excellent as well. The hotel is an historical landmark and it shows. The lobby, the bar, the restaurants, they are all beautiful. All the different rooms we have stayed in have been beautiful, with very large bathrooms, closets, welcome sweets, etc. When in Palermo we don’t give it a second thought. We stay at des Palmes !
