I really liked the welcome they give u, all staff properly trained on guest care, as I arrived Kavisha was very welcoming and throughout my stay she was inquiring n getting feedbacks plus the new wing rooms were super luxurious and has the vibe of a modern hotel! Food was excellent as well!

Kandalama Heritance is a 20-minute drive from UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the 2,000-year-old cave temple at Dambulla and the Sigiriya rock fortress. The 5-star hotel is a 3.5-hour drive from the airport. Fantastic view from a room. You can sit at the balcony and listen to a sound of a nature. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big variety of food on a breakfast. Great infinity pool. Exceptional architecture of a hotel.

The view, rooms, pool, restaurant is everything a 10 out of 10. Just bear in mind that to access Kandy city you need a car to move from place to place, but the experience in the hotel is worth it for sure

This place is magical. It’s totally worth the price.
