The 5-star hotel is a 3.5-hour drive from the airport. The hotel is amazing. It has 3 amazing pools with a great view on the lake. It is surrounded by nature (and wild monkeys!!). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast buffet is incredible. Finally, the staff is incredibly kind and professional. A special mention must go to Dulsha working in the Cafe Kachchan who made our stay all the more unique.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Sigiriya. The view from the property is stunning—especially the pool view with the Sigiriya Rock in the backdrop! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. What makes this place magical is its jungle setting—you can hear the sounds of nature all around, making it incredibly peaceful and calming. It was my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The staff were so warm and accommodating throughout our stay. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both meals were absolutely gorgeous. I’d definitely stay here again.

The please is really nice! its very close to Dambulla - Colombo road, but once you turn to the hotel road it feels like you are entered to a jungle and from there on wards you will feel real tropical life feeling through out the stay.
