Such hospitality is not so often, actually the best experience we had so far (and we are travelling a lot). We had an issue with the car and lady at the reception provided us not just information, but really help! Also, location is perfect - in the most charming area in the city! We also recommend a breakfast on the roof top. If we would be back in Tulum, for sure this hotel will be our choice.

We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.
