Location superb for visiting Chichen Itzá. Very cozy hotel with nice pool right next to Oxxo. Basic breakfast with some pastries, coffee and tea - all tasty. Rooms nice and comfy beds. Gives 'hidden gem' vibes.

It's a 5 star hotel in Valladolid, so you'll be very comfortable AC worked great Room was big and had all the needed ammenities quiet nights sleep comfortable beds free parking inside hotel

To visit Chicken Itza the best place to stay is Valladolid and a great place to stay in Valladolid is The Blue Eco Lodge. Englishman Harry and his lovely lady Adihel are calm but efficient hosts. Great breakfast, probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in, the garden is great, the pool is amazing and 2 mornings running I saw Toucans while in the luxurious shower. I could go on but quite simply I give it 11 out of 10.

*nice design, entry area very nice--classy-artsy feel, front desk efficient. *rooms spacious, beds very comfy, bathroom seemed updated. *breakfast option, but we did not have time for them as we had to get to Chichen Itza by 7:30 AM *pool, but we were too tired & chilly to seek it

Very impressive Hacienda building with comfortable porch for relaxing and pleasant pool/common areas. The bedrooms are set around the garden or pool and very spacious. Good bathrooms too. The breakfast was good although perhaps a bit expensive. We ate dinner here one night and it was a nice experience even if the food wasn't outstanding I'd recommend it for the atmosphere and service. Good cocktails too! Pool area nice. Very well located for Chichen Itza (5min drive)

Don't let all the negative reviews dissuade you, it's a rustic hotel and a bit dated, but it's beautiful! It's not 5 star but it's very good.

Everything was amazing, the hostel is a 5-stars boutique hostel, clean and cozy. Rooms are big with net doors, so you are save from mosquitos, beds are comfortable and showers are good. The kitchen is wow - 3 complete kitchens so you don't need to wait long to cook your food. The stuff is so nice and helpful. Location is super, close to the main square in a safe area.
