Their rotisserie chicken is a standout—we absolutely loved it! ☕️ In the lobby, there’s a tiny coffee shop that serves an excellent flat white and pastries, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. And there are several Assouline travel books to read while sipping. ✨ The hotel’s vibe is warm and welcoming, with super-friendly staff who are always ready to help. 📍 The location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of City Yard, a gorgeous, walkable courtyard filled with cafes and restaurants, the hotel offers access to what we think are the best coffee shops in Jeddah. This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome at the front desk and here are some names I remember but doesn’t exclude the others. Thanks to Moluk, Waleed and Mr Khalid. I will definitely come back to this place

Free WiFi is available throughout all rooms. I would rate it very high due to its location, cleanest, quality of food, helpful and very active staff, and their attention to details. Would totally recommend it specially if you are traveling with family.

The hotel itself overlooks the Kaabah with some rooms having panoramic views. Def recommend

The hotel has family rooms. This is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I’m genuinely impressed and would highly recommend it. It’s just a 15-minute taxi ride to Terminal 1. The room was incredibly clean and spacious. I asked the manager how old the hotel was, and he surprisingly said it was only 10 days old! This hotel is absolutely worth every single riyal. I’ll definitely be staying here again. The manager was a gentleman and very polite. Every single thing in the room was brand new. It’s a hidden gem, and I wish more people discovered it. It’s clean, modern, and affordable. In fact, I would argue that it’s better than some big-brand chain hotels like Radisson.
