Great location and a fantastic cafe right underneath, perfect for grabbing breakfast and a good coffee each morning. Staff were extremely helpful & proactive - one lady (i guess manager/owner) in particular was far better than staff i've encountered in 4-5 star hotels here which was lovely and unexpected

The staff are 5 star and nothing is too much for them to ensure your stay is perfect. Everyone is polite, courteous and genuine! The manager is exactly the same and leads by example. "Let me know if there is anything I can do to make your stay better?"at least once a day, whilst not overwhelming you. We had a connecting room, it was fantastic. Facilities great,breakfast great,no complaints. Even a poolside happy 2 hours , perfect ! Our 2nd stay there and we'll be back.
