The valet attendants were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

I liked the cleanliness of the room and how the view (fountainview) and room looked exactly as advertised. Also loved their soaps and lotion and just the hotel is overall nice.
