Our luggages were not followed us when we arrived Da Nang Airport. Mr Lanh helped us to call, trace, follow up and make sure the luggages were well received after 30 hours. We were so pleased and touched of the services he had granted us even after his working hours. We are honoured to have his help which makes us hasslefree while language is the problem we have in Vietnam. Everything was great but what impressed me most was when I wanted to wipe something off the floor, only to find out it was a permanent stain (no issue) and my wet wipe was as if unused! I have never seen such clean floors in a hotel!
