Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to time we left. Travelled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Suite was a per the photos. Spacious plenty of storage. WiFi was perfect for the kids to stream. Ski locker was perfectly functional. Ski school across the road and 3mins walk to the lifts. View of the mountains with stunning sunsets Loved the Tauren Spa short walk 10 mins or the bus. Food was lovely kids wanted to eat there every day and so did we. Staff were all amazing friendly and really felt like they wanted you to have a great holiday. Highly recommend and hope to return

We went for the penthouse which was beyond amazing. It was very spacious and the layout of the rooms was perfect for our family. Breakfast was very good and Claudia took good care of us each morning making sure we had everything that we needed.

everything was perfect. The studio was very nice, with large bathroom, clean and well equiped. the breakfast is based on “box system”. every morning you get one in front of your room. it is full of food and very sufficient. you will have free access to sauna but in peak season (winter, skiing) when the hotel is full it is sometimes full.
