The hotel has a personality originating from a 17th-century hunting lodge. Many additions and modernisations were made, like a new sauna or bar downstairs and a warm central fireplace in the hall. Most of the hotel only operates during the skiing season. It seems like a miracle that they can retain and motivate their staff for only a couple of months of the year. The receptionist and the general manager, who makes his rounds to all breakfast tables daily, were extremely friendly, as is most of the service staff. Some staff don't speak English or German, and misunderstandings can arise. Nevertheless, 90% of the team was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is enormous and did not get boring during an eight-day stay.

I had a delightful experience at this establishment. The reception staff, restaurant servers, and housekeeping team were all incredibly charming and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures upon arrival and for Valentine's Day. The live music in the evening added a special touch to the ambiance. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, contributing to a peaceful stay. The intimate atmosphere of the restaurant and its delicious cuisine were also highlights of my visit.

Suite is top, Super big bathtub for 2 ppl. The food both in the evening and in the morning was super. The bar is ok, do not expect a lot of fun at the bar, but the people who stay there are not typical apres ski party ppl.

Very nice and cozy location near to ski bus station. I really appreciated the wellness facilities - sauna and infrared cabin in the location. The communication with the personal was very nice and easy due to iPad and application. I really appreciate the Aqua Dome discount and the possibility to order fresh bread or other product direct to the tablet. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped.

The location is very nice and convenient. The surrounding mountains create a nice view. Innsbruck is only half an hour to drive. Very good value for money, parking was just in front of the door. Very spacious apartment with all needed amenities. Free baby cot was provided. We were late (8PM), but check-in was very easy and hassel free. We will definitely come back in summer.

    My wife and I stayed here for a quick overnight during the summer time while we hiked some trails close by. The place is new and stylish with a nice little spa inside. The food was good and had various options for the dinner and breakfast we enjoyed with the stay. The views from the balcony and panorama bar were beautiful.

    A hotel built to 4 star standards with top facilities, the likes of which we haven't seen in Tyrol in over 15 years of holidaying every year, with some of the most beautiful surroundings, at 2020m altitude.

    Great modern hotel with good facilities and ski room. Food is good but not special. We had to get our Dinner/breakfast table moved as we were put in a poor spot originally but thereafter all was good. On the last day we noticed you could request different eggs. If we had known this was on offer we would have made use. Thomaz behind the bar needs a special mention. He looked after us very well indeed.

    Fantastic accommodation in a fabulous ski in ski-in-ski-out location. Very cool design and well-appointed suite with quality finishes and nice details. Wonderful restaurant and we recommend the in-room delivered fondue as well. All this and a stunning outlook to the ski runs. Loved it.

    Location Excellent . True Ski in Ski out on the edge of the piste 6 . Fabulous Ski room with heated lockers . Lovely Terrace Bar . Excellent wellness centre ,sauna and pool . Buffet breakfast excellent . Evening meals excellent with varied menu . Beds and pillows very comfy . Housekeeping staff excellent . Resturant staff very attentive as were reception staff . Beautiful clean modern hotel .
