Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. There is a large relaxation area. There is a separate area where you can get body and facial massages and other treatments for an extra charge. The hotel tries to organise additional entertainment for its guests, so that every evening is not a boring one. There is a bar area where you can sit with company during the day and in the evening, have a tasty drink or an extra snack. There is enough space for parking. Love the modern achietecture and interior. It was clean and the rooms very spacious and well decorated. The apartments has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. We stayed for one night in June and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The kids club was fantastic, with a big outdoor playground and plenty of fun activities to keep children entertained and happy. The swimming pool was clean and great for families, and the whole hotel was tidy and well looked after. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway!
