Being connected to the West it had things to do outside of the room. Gym & pool area was great and open till 9:30 which gave me time to get settled in after a long day of travelling

Everything - it was all superb, from the huge size of the King Room, to the seating accommodation and the other room service. Fabulous warm pool to encourage swimming and having the restaurant on site with such a good menu made up for the distance to the CBD of Tamworth.

It's connectivity with all nearest tourist attractions. Everything seemed so close. The staff members were very welcoming. I am not sure on one of the staff members name but she was very soft spoken, humble and helped with everything. Filled our water bottles twice with filtered water during our stay. Loved everything about the stay.
