A good location for transit which is the reason that we booked to stay for a few hours to catch the early morning flight. Also the free shuttle bus provided. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

The hotel was clean and had a shuttle bus to take you to and from the airport every 30 mins. You can go to the city from the airport, it takes 5 mins from the hotel to the airport by the shuttle bus and then there you can take metro or bus if you are on a budget to each the city. It takes 30 mins by bus and metro to reach the Heaven;s palace near the forbidden city. The stuff was very friendly and always trying to help, they have a small translator decide to help with communication. The service was at high level.

The staff were super helpful and welcoming. Any problems or questions they went out of their way to help. The communal breakfast / dining area was a great way to meet other travellers and all the staff. In the room, it was clean and all of the facilities worked well. Personally I chose this for the location. There is a short walk to the metro and from there most of the hotspots were a few stops and a transfer away. Or when I was feeling a little daring, I rented one of the bikes and rode to my destination which is another adventure. And that way was 20-30 minutes following along the roads.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff and great location. This was truely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Perfect location to explore Beijing and experience the local culture. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or assistance needed. Metro station is very close and a lot of attractions (parcs, forbidden city, tempels) are in walking distance.

    The location was brilliant and the size of the room was amazing (deluxe king). We’re planning on another trip next year and will definitely book here. Great value for money, close to main shopping and lots of food choices. Tian’anmen Square about 1.5kms away. Staff were super helpful and friendly, particularly when I needed to deal with Air China and they helped with translation.

    Hotel has good location, subway line 5 is in about 10 minutes by walk. Hotel is also near city center WangFuJing, you may find many shops. The breakfast was good, there was Chinese and European dishes. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We were satisfied with our stay. At some points in hotel you may notice it needs renovation, considering price, the hotel provides corresponding services.

    Great value for money and good location. Close to metro stations, close to the city centre. There is a starbucks on-site and also some cafes near by. Some staff memebrs speak English, so could help you with taxi and etc. There is a bar and restaurant on site. The food was good. The room was spacious, good modern design. Everything you need for comfort stay.
