One great perk is the availability of free hot drinks and snacks in the lobby, and in the evenings, they even provide a light bite to enjoy. The cleanliness and amenities are top-notch, making it a truly comfortable experience. The only thing to note is that the room sizes are slightly smaller than standard, but if that’s not an issue for you, this hotel is absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!

What's not to expect but exceptional standard when it comes to a Hilton. Clean rooms with great utilities..home away from home. Dinner staff were wonderful going out of their way to help. There are a variety of restaurants in the area with a pizza shop next to the hotel. Would like to stay again..now I'm aware that the East gate subway station is 10 minutes walk away and the huge shopping mall is round Tiantan way

I booked 2 rooms for my brother and me and we stayed there for 6 nights. I like their service and the staffs are helpful especially the lady. She upgraded our rooms to the ones with windows. She guided me how to use the didi for e hailing. She informed us where to do our laundry and provided us with the detergent. She allowed us to store our baggage for 2 days there for free. The hotel itself is very close to the mrt station, there are convenient store and restaurants around. The room is spotless and they changed the towels every day. For the bedsheets, they'll change on request.
