The hotel service was excellent! When I couldn't figure out how to drive into the hotel, they even video-called me to guide me, which was really convenient. I parked my car right downstairs of the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles—they looked very friendly. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were professional too. The room used a keypad lock for entry, which was safe and convenient, so I didn’t have to worry about losing a room card. The room facilities were complete and easy to use. What’s more, I could enjoy a free late checkout until 2 PM, which was perfect for someone like me who loves sleeping in. Thumbs up, thumbs up! Oh, and they even upgraded my room type for me—thumbs up 👍

Location was in excellent proximity to the Import Export Hall which made is very simple to access. We were upgraded to a suite which was the best room I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was excellent with multiple options for all culinary tastes and was very large to easy to find a table. I especially liked the omelette station. Coffee machines had average coffee. Premises were very nice and clean and the views out across the city from the higher floors were amazing. I also thought the amenities provided in the bathroom were very good with toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush and a variety of other articles provided. The bath in my room was amazing and a good size. Potable water replenished each day was also very good. Plenty of space in the wardrobe and provision of a steam iron and ironing board in the dressing area was well received.

I booked a smart room to travel with my family and chose this hotel. First of all, the front desk was very friendly, and the check-in was very fast and timely. There was also a free washing and drying service. The little sister at the front desk did not need to do it herself, and it was sent back to me directly after washing! We entered the room and were amazed at the cleanliness and comfort of the room! The room was spacious and well laid out, the twin room had a great view of the city with a bay window. The mattress in the room is soft and hard.The support force is excellent, sweeping away the tiredness of running around in the daytime. Intelligent voice room can call intelligent assistant to operate some small things to save their time, lazy welfare room ah! The bathroom facilities in the room are advanced and clean, the design of dry and wet separation is reasonable, the hot water supply is sufficient and stable, and the shower water pressure is strong, which washes away the fatigue. Special mention should be made of the attention to detail in the rooms: high quality toiletries, plenty of free bottled water, convenient charging and ironing, even the lighting control system is designed to be very user-friendly, creating the most comfortable home atmosphere, and the daily housekeeping service is impeccable, meticulous, timely replenishment is highly recommended.

The room was impeccably clean, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were the highlight—always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. A perfect 5-star experience!
