Excellent communication and service. I booked the hotel through booking.com from Canada and made a request for their shuttle bus picking up service. Molley communicated with me immediately about my flight information. When I arrived, the driver contacted me immediately and it was a good experience. Same as the day we left the packed breakfast, and the shuttle was well arranged. All the girls at the front desk provide good service. We wanted to call a taxi to the University Town but had never used the app. Camellia did the work for us until we got to the taxi. We asked for one ore roll of toilet paper, and their robot sent the toilet paper to our room. I strongly recommend this hotel to international travellers for their first time in Chongqing. We can tell this because we lived in a hotel in the University Townwhich for two nights. We miss this hotel and come back to enjoy our last night in this hotel during the same trip.

A very pleasant stay . The hotel was well placed for going to most places in Chongqing . The rooms were extremely comfortable big and clean . Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a big choice to choose from. We look forward to our next visit.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were big and clean, the location was also amazing! I also liked that they have an airport pickup services as it made travelling more at ease especially as my Mandarin is not that great!! If i needed anything, or had an issues they resolved all my questions within a matter of seconds!! A lovely hotel full of lovely people. Would totally recommend.
