Honestly, this might be our favourite hotel ever! We had an amazing time: all of the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Frank, Kimber & Zoe. Room was super comfortable, free laundry service, great breakfast, amazingly good location, and we even got to play mahjong! I highly recommend this hotel & we are already looking forward to returning.

The happy mood of the staff was contagious. They were most friendly, courteous and helpful especially Sophie who spent a lot of time helping us with our bookings as well as the lovely ladies at the reception counter. There was a good selection of food items for breakfast and the staff even remembered our coffee preferences.

We are 2 guys and we were there for our honeymoon. They were super welcoming and prepared a little surprise for us in our room. It was nice to such a nice welcome, considering not everybody in China is LGBTQ+ friendly. We loved everything. Thank you so much!

At first we were unsure about the location, but during our stay everything was easily accessible. The atmosphere of the accommodation is fantastic, the room is very modern, nice and clean. The staff is very very nice, they were very helpful in everything. There is a room on one of the floors where you can relax, practice Chinese calligraphy and make incense. It is very relaxing, I can only recommend it!

Hotel is very pretty, as advertised! Location is also really good, near by car to tourist locations. Staff are also friendly. We love the free laundry service, and they also provide steamer. Value for money and Instagram-worthy for a stay in Chengdu. Tip: further down the street is University street with cute cafes!

I like the cosy vibe of the hotel. I am surprised at the spaciousness of the room. The breakfast, though the spread is not as much as those hotel chains, is pleasant especially the little dishes of veggie they will bring it to you.
