The best value for money accommodation on site. Only 200 m away Elisa Restourant with delicious food and river view. The employee of reception can only speak Czech, neither German nor English, and rude, uneducated, unprofessional. I travel around the world more than 20 years never met such Service of a 4 Stars Hotel like this one. I choice the Hotel because Feedback with Note 9.2, how can be that the Hotel received a Note of 9.2?
