We have stayed at quite a few hotels in Wiesbaden, and this was, without doubt, our favourite. The room was spotlessly clean with a little refrigerator (perfect for cold drinks). The beds are extremely comfortable, and we love the rain shower. The staff were lovely and very helpful with anything we needed. The room is really quiet, despite being in the city centre and the blackout curtains are a plus. We will definitely be back.

Everything! The staff were particularly helpful. We arrived quite early and as our rooms were ready they allowed us access to them . We very much appreciated this. The apartment was extremely well equipped with a kitchen and washer/ dryer.

Nearby German family we had come from Australia to attend a wedding. Handy to a few restaurants and great supermarket. Friendly bar and front desk staff.

I chose this hotel on the eve of my trip to Wiesbaden because I liked the photos here on Booking - and the reality exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location, situated on the street that connects the railway station to the city center - both are within a 10-minute walk. Although the hotel is on the corner of two streets, it was quiet throughout my stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It is a traditional hotel, the building is from the turn of the 19th and 20th century and there are pictures showing, how it looked decades ago. I had booked a single room but I believe I received an upgrade, as the room was quite spacious, with a double bed. I absolutely loved it - it was bright, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was equipped with a fridge, microwave (!), Nescafé machine, safe, and air conditioning, which was especially welcome during the hot summer days. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. There is also a restaurant in the hotel serving Mediterranean cuisine. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Star-Apart Hansa Hotel very much and I would certainly choose it again if back to Wiesbaden.

I have stayed here several time and the property always exceeds expectations. Wonderful location and yet close to Wiesbaden. Great Breakfast and very nice ambience.
