Loved all the activity options and classes. Loved the healthy food and atmosphere. The location was stunning with walking trails and bike trails. I was 4 weeks pregnant and the fitness instructors were so accommodating.

The hotel is just amazing for those, who like active live style and do not want to stop training during vacation. We had super nice 2 weeks of family holidays at the end of October - beginning of November. We stayed in Playitas Aparthotel and had a spacious room (3104) with AC, double bed, sofa, cot, fridge, cooking plate, everything for cooking and dining, small workplace with a table and chairs, balcony with chairs, drying rack, safe box. I liked a lot motivating citations of famous sportsmen all over the hotel territory. All training instructors were great - Stephane, Jörg&Chris, Charlotte, Stephanie, Jonna and Lilian. My favorites were the exercises similar to cross fit in the Wod box - Metcon, power and endurance trainings etc. There is a great long promenade along the hotel. People go for walks, runs, cycling. The sunrises are just stunning. You can go for a short hike to the nearest mountains. Very beautiful. The landscape reminds of high altitude plateaus north of Chile and Bolivia.

Situated on Caleta de Fuste Beach, has a large outdoor pool, great gym and luxurious spa area. The 486 rooms feature a private balcony or terrace with views of the sea, garden or pool.

We were upgraded so the Seaview room and terrace were fantastic .Also the complimentary cocktails and cava and passes to hydrotherapy pool were much appreciated.

Nice restaurant with good live music. Great atmosphere. Big room with view on the garden. Good location if you want to explore the island by car.

Staff were great couldn't help enough and rooms cleaned every day. Food was great and great choice every night. Plenty going on round the pool during the day if you wanted to get involved.

We stayed in the Royal Level, and it was an amazing experience! The rooms were exceptionally spacious and spotless, with a large terrace offering breathtaking views. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The complex is conveniently located just a 10-15 minute walk from the main tourist shops and restaurants, and the promenade walk is beautiful with stunning sea views. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, and I swam in the sea every day—the water was comfortable even in late November. While the beach itself wasn’t perfect, It was still a nice yellow sandy bay. I would rate it a 7 out of 10. One of the highlights of the evenings was the live music—there was entertainment every night, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere to end the day. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options, and I would rate it an 8 out of 10. Another fantastic touch was the complimentary drinks, including champagne, available at the reception 24/7. These thoughtful details made the experience feel extra special. I would highly recommend the Royal Level for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway,

Location, large apartment, cleanliness, staff very helpful, grounds immaculate, food very good.
