Staff were super friendly and welcoming, our room and the hotel in general were immaculate. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again. The menus, both for the bar and restaurant, as well as the room service menu, were amazing and the food was delicious.

Staff are really accommodating and loved the touch of being shown to our room. We stayed in the “leather” room which was tastefully decorated. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast was amazing - definitely recommend the full English, the black pudding was delicious!

    great location, comfortable, well presented rooms. Perfect for an overnight stay before a flight or a meeting. Never get a chance to use the facilities but all are modern, clean and well kept. Restaurants are what you would expect from a chain hotel group. Happy and will use again for sure.
