From the moment my husband and I checked in to the moment we checked out of the Bush Hotel, we were greeted by the most professional, efficient, gorgeous, friendliest, bubbliest, receptionist named Raini. Nothing was too much for her. Unlike other receptionists, who hide in the corner behind a computer screen, Raini stands up, and greets the guests with such a warmth that you’d believe that you’re her guest. She volunteered to assist us with our x amount of suitcases, and she made sure that we had everything in the room to feel comfortable.

    The location in the centre of town was excellent, however, i did not expect the expansive gardens. The hotel whilst old, was very well appointed. Our room had been recently renovated to a high standard. Breakfast options were both plentiful and of a very good standard, as was the waiter service, prompt, polite and efficient

    It was very pleasant location, well maintained. Plenty of car parking in two areas. The room was large and overlooking a garden area. The room was light and air conditioned, the refrigerator contained milk, water and bottle of beer. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and good size. Breakfast menu was varied and well cooked. Catered for gluten free choices.

    The location was great, being right in the town centre and only a 10 minute walk from the castle. The hotel itself was lovely, nice ambiance and the room was great - a modern bathroom, beautiful with classy tech.
