Outstanding service from check in to checkout, the staff are very kind and attentive to customers’ needs. Amazing rooms, facilities, breakfast, car park, we were also upgraded to a room with own own pool, and Maria and Marilee offered immediately to extend our checkout when they knew that we had a night flight. Amazing gift handed to us on checkout as well. We would give this hotel 11.5 out of 10. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back! Afharisto pollllyyyyyyy Nikon Hotel Family :)

Such an amazing hotel! We’ve received an upgrade as it was considered low-season according to the staff. The room is super clean with a ton of amenities available. The included breakfast was great too! (Get the eggs benedict with salmon!) The staff is amazing as they are friendly and really know how to provide service. Overall a 10/10 stay!

All the staff here are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, they really made our holiday so special. The location is great, a short walk to the town and a perfect spot for longer day trips if you're driving. The hotel itself is fantastic, everywhere is very clean, the swimming pool is refreshing and the restaurant is delicious! We'll definitely be back 🙂

We liked everything about this accommodation: the location close to the sea, the spacious and clean rooms, the breakfast and last but not least the kindness of the staff. The suite has a small kitchenette equipped with the minimum necessary: ​​plates, glasses, cutlery, fridge, even a kettle. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed every day. Towels for the sunbeds are also available, but they can be changed for a small fee if wanted. If we will return to Zakynthos, we will definitely choose Andreolas again.

The hotel is situated on a sandy beach. Localisation is very practic, especially if you travel with children: coming into the sea through only few small stones (you don't need water-shoes, there are no algae, etc.), water is clean and not deep. It is also possible to rent sunbeds with umbrella for 20 Euro (in the price of hotel there are only sunbeds near to swimming pool included), but you can take also your own blanket and ley to the sand. Traveling from airport there is possibility of taking taxi (guaranted 25 Euro) or public bus in front of exit from the airport, near to colour map (3 Euro), but it comes only 6 times for the day and you need to change the bus for another (2 Euro) at Zakhyntos bus center, where conection is more often, usually every 60-90 minutes (direction Tsilivi, Tragaki).  You finally get off at "Tsilivi 1" bus stop and go 10 minutes on foot. Check-in is to do in the previous building of Tsilivi Hotels  where you also receive your breakfast and any help if you need (reception of Palazetto is permanently closed). The staff is helpful, towels new everyday, my room was eclxactly like on pictures.

The hotel staff first and foremost. They really welcome you in. George knew we wanted and early check in and that my little boy was unwell. He also knew my parents were staying and ensured their room was done too. It was a huge help. Beautiful room we stayed in the friends and family suite. The beds were insanely comfortable. The twin beds are the couch and you just would never know. I want one! Breakfast was delicious. Such an incredible selection.

The staff were all very kind and courteous. Although I had to make several changes to my reservation, they responded very quickly and politely. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but they provided breakfast while I waited for the room to be ready, and sent me an email to notify me once the room was prepared. The customer service was meticulous and attentive. The hotel is a bit old, so there were occasional issues like the water not running or the electricity cutting off, but everything was impeccably clean. I would love to stay here again.
