The breakfast was comprehensive with many options available. The location was close to the train station and many other sights. The staff were simply awesome and greeted us warmly from the start. The hotel was beautiful and the pool was refreshing. Our room and bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean. They provided us with a free lift to the train station afterwards.

    Firstly the staff were very welcoming. The room was very big and clean, and the hotel has lovely traditional decor around the lobby and hallways, yet a modern bedroom and bathroom. Location-wise the hotel is within walking distance to traditional warungs, plus the main area for evening street entertainment (live music, street markets). It is also only a 25-30 minute drive to the airport. A great stay we will be back!

    We stayed in Alana during Eid Al Fitr. The non city center location of the hotel is in fact an advantage; the traffic was smooth at all times. The staffs were so helpful and professional. The hotel provide water dispensers at all floor, excellent!

    Good location; by the market so its easy to find a place to eat, cash automat, and going around the tourism area. Clean and service are really good. Nice interior, combining modern and traditional, Javanese and koloniale.

    The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The beds are comfy and the bathroom is quite spacious. The location is not really in the city center but is on the main road (Slamet Riyadi) and you can take the bus easily from there to get to the city center. They also provide rental bicycles to explore the town.

    Nice modern 4 stars hotel with good design and breakfast is amazing. Friendly staffs. King koil bed with level of mattres meet my expectation and many spot to sit in the lobby hotel.
