staff was super helpful.Location was good. Hotel staff was friendly. Loved it.Hotel room is big bed is good bathrom was clean and hotel is very good staff services is nice and i was feel good to visit in this hotel .

Everything about the stay - their strength is their staff and facilities. Both compliment each other. The staff makes a big difference and i realized this while i experienced the services. It is not only restricted to few people, everyone is so well tunes into the hospitality mode that they do nothing but their best to keep you and family comfortable. To make special consideration i want to name a few Ms Tejaswi, Mr Asif, Ms Vaishnavi, Ms Ayesha, Mr Noor, Ms Shaista, Mr Mohd Aarish, Mr Ram Ratan, Ms Damini were among the staff who we interacted more and otherwise everyone was excellent in their own way. Apologies if i missed few names. In addition, the morning greeting exchanged with F&B Head Mr Pandey and the ever smiling chef Mr Aman were always more than happy to bring surprise to our table with some special item. Kudos to Fortune Park for having good facilities and more importantly such brilliant staff. This was more than 5 star experience.

Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with train/metro. Great wifi. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The breakfast buffet was better than expected. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Lucknow.

This is a new property in the Lucknow City and is less than 15 minutes derive from the Lucknow International airport. The property is at par with any 5 star property of international standards. We booked this property through booing.com and got it on very reasonable tariffs. The front desk and all other staff at the property are very courteous, polite, helpful & professional in their approach, led by the General Manager of the property Mr. Rahul who possesses exceptional customer service & management skills (we were lucky to meet him at the front desk while checking in). The property carries attractive ambience and brightly lit lobby, common areas as well as the rooms. The rooms are spacious and provide all the comfort & luxury expected from a star rated property. The property also provides free parking for the guests' vehicles. The check in process was smooth, fast & efficient. We were greeted with a Welcome Drink (non alcoholic) followed by a Pineapple Flavored Mocktail at their restaurant as a special welcome gesture, as it was Valentines Day that day. They also had organized some special "Valentines Dinner" that evening (chargeable separately) with live music, but we had to check out by late night as we had booked this hotel just to relax during the day and proceed to our onward journey by night, hence didn't inquire much about the dining options at the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience during our short stay at Hometel Alambagh and we will look forward for a longer stay at this beautiful property during our next visit to Lucknow. I will highly recommend this property if someone is looking for comfort, luxury and great hospitality at reasonable price. Thanks once again to Mr. Rahul and his team for their hospitality & professionalism.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was good, close to bars and restaurants. About a 30 min walk from The Residency.
