Property was a 10 min drive from FCO airport. We used the shuttle service provided by the accommodation which turned out to be much cheaper than an uber. There was a great English inspired pub 2 mins walk that had good beers and good food. The property itself was nice, clean and honestly better than expected. The rooms were a nice size, we stayed on the first floor and found that it was larger than what most had said in previous reviews. A big bed, balcony and great shower. The receptionist was also super helpful and friendly. Especially with helping us organise our shuttles too and from the airport for our arrival and departure. For the price we paid for an overnight it was well worth it and I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding location and exceptional cleanliness. Although my stay was brief—only four hours—I was impressed with the quality of the internet, the cleanliness of the space, and the convenience of the location. While the cost is on the high side, more in line with a 2-3 night beachfront stay in a luxury apartment than a 4-hour layover, it is clear that, without any competition, the facility remains the only viable option for guests arriving on late flights and departing early.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was cool and comfortable and a great break in our journey. The free shuttle from the airport was a bonus! We ate at the bar restaurant and the food was tasty and good value for money. There was a great variety of cocktails, wine and non alcoholic drinks available and a 'mini market' where you could purchase drinks and snacks to take up to your room. Great hotel, would recommend.

Good Location out by airport, shuttle for €10 per person was very convenient, breakfast included, helpful staff at checkin, short walk to seaside and Amelindo Fish Restaurant for dinner.
