The photos dont do the rooms justice. It's nicer than on the photos. Staff were very keen to help even though we can't really understand japanese and needed to use the translator app to communicate. Onsen is clean and not crowded when we went so we have the whole place to ourselves. The dinner is fantastic! And there are also free drinks available to guests during the day at the lobby lounge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. The view from my window was stunning – a true highlight of my experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.     This is an amazing hotel. Clean renovated rooms, excellent location right across the station. The onsen is amazing and you can relax after a long day. The room size is great. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children 3,3,6) and were able to fit in the hollywood room. The VFM is great! Highly highly highly recommended!

    The breakfast is excellent. Not only they have an excellent variety including both Japanese and Western, the quality of the food is amazing. The service is brilliant. The Okura is traditionally known as one of the best hotels in Japan and they try their best to keep their reputation. The location is also very convenient.
