Location was great for us especially as we had a car. Loved the breakfast. I normally don't sleep well at hotels because windows are normally closed and we're forced to use the hotel's aircon/heat system. However, this felt just like home, we had a lot more control over the comfort level compared to a regular hotel. The kids had a great time because of the increased amount of space.

Wonderful ryokan experience, with very helpful and attentive staff. The futon were some of the comfiest I've ever slept on, and the breakfast was a real feast. The Japanese garden and general atmosphere of the inn were very relaxing. Very close to views of Mt Fuji from the beach (if there aren't too many clouds).

The hotel was very close to the train station. For a 3 stars hotel, it was more than I expected, had all amenities of a higher graded hotel. I wish this was the standard in Europe as well for 3 stars. Clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were compact and comfortable. The check-in process was very smooth thanks to the helpful staff members. Location wise, it was in walking distance from the station and had many car parking spots nearby, making it easily accesible by both train and car.

The sea view was very nice. The tatami room was very spacious. The kaiseki dinner was very rasry and plentiful, and the staff made every effort to accommodate my dietary requirements.
