The staff were brilliant, kids-friendly! There is a large public bath and sauna for only men. We've got some vouchers for that restaurant next door. This hotel is the closest to Toyota head office.

I booked a smoking-room by mistake and realized it just before arrival. The front staff kindly searched for a non-smoking room and changed my room. Other than this, the hotel was sufficiently clean and equipped with amenities.

We had a wonderful experience at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic in Nagoya. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. The room was modern, spotless, comfortable and with great city views especially at night ! The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful (they help us to ship our suitcases to the next city in Japan). Breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Japanese and Western options, even sparkling wine for a cheeky morning breakfast glass. The main hall combines style and privacy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya.

Very conveniently located in the heart of the city, at a stone's throw from the trendy Edion Hisaya Plaza. Easy connection to the Nagoya central train station (Shinkasen). The room was very clean, the room spatious and fully equipped and the lobby very nice, if you felt like spending some time there. Numerous options for eat/drinks nearby. Metro station very close. Wish I'd spent a few more days there!

The staffs are super kind from A to Z. I forgot packing my convertor and HDMI, and was able to rent them while I stayed. The room was more sizable than I thought, it also has better quality than the actual price. The convinient store is very close, and other restaurants and pubs are near around. I'd like to stay there defintely next time for the Nagoya trip.
