We rocked up, nobody was there, pretty sure it’s a “love” hotel. Felt shady, do not recommend. We ended up sleeping in our car because the desk was closed and we couldn’t get into our room

    Excellent location right at Utsunomiya Station next to a convenience store. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and newly renovated, and the A/C worked very well. Check-in was easy, and they arranged for our group's rooms to be right next to each other. Nice public bath facilities. Overall a great value for what we paid.

    The hotel was modern and well equipped. The exposure was nice. Regardless of the fact that it was located next to the train station, it was completely quiet. The SkySpa was extremely good, my partner and I both liked it. The breakfast was of good quality and quantity with a large selection.

    Modern, clean and luxurious. Loved the Sky Spa and how organised the facilities were. Wide ranging and delicious breakfasts. Outstanding central location. Would absolutely stay again.
