The location of the hotel is perfect - halfway between Upper City and Lower City. Walkable distances. The staff is super friendly, professional and polite. Very, very nice. The restaurant is really good. I had 2 dinners there and both were delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant got busy on Friday evening but that is no surprise to me. The terrace on the entrance floor and the roof terrace are just fantastic. You can have a drink and enjoy wonderful panorama of the city. The internet connection is fast and reliable both in the room and in the common areas.

We appreciated the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, always ready to resolve any issues, and especially the spa area: a very large, 1.30-meter-deep pool, a gym, a sauna, and a hammam. The hotel has an old-fashioned Grand Hotel Budapest type of vibe, especially with all the facilities like spa, pool, bakery in the hotel etc. I absolutely loved the quality of service, the care provided, and the experience of staying there. I'd definitely come back and would recommend it for the stay not only because it's comfortable and central, but because it has a special vibe and makes an experience special. I used their spa twice and it was a great experience! So do go for that massage, a swim, or a facial!
