We loved this hotel. It's a beautiful building with great interior design. It's a bit like a maze so it's easy to get a little lost, but we didn't mind because it was so lovely to walk around in. On one floor there is a giant tree that grows in the hotel, and out through the roof. So cool! And we loved brining a drink up to the rooftop terrace which had lovely views. Our room was also great. Comfortable beds and it was large. We upgraded to a suite so it had two separate bedrooms and a sitting room, which was lovely. Since the town is small you can walk everywhere and the hotel had was situated perfectly for that. Everything was close. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again should I return to Guanajuato.

The room is conveniently located in the central area. The room is clean and has a small terrace. The hotel is very beautiful, an old building with Mexican characteristics. The only downside is that the bathroom is too small and the facilities are too rudimentary.

    The location is excellent. It is inside the city center. City attractions and restaurants are nearby. The staff are kind and nice. They can speak and understand English. Old hotel but still well-maintained. The room is spacious and clean, the TV is working.
