We upgraded to the 3rd floor as we needed an early check in and the rooms were lovely and free biscuits every morning was a lovely touch, the room was cleaned every day with new bed sheets which was a plus. The rooftop pool is a huge highlight with beautiful views of the town, and I think this is the only hotel to offer this in Orizaba. The bar staff are very attentive and was very impressed with the hotel. The breakfasts are tasty and of a good quality.Guest review bygeorginaFamily with young children
