The hotel is full of charm and the owners are super nice and very helpful. The location is perfect with many attractions at walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended just know there are steep stairs to get to the rooms.

The staff were really helpful. The room was very soundproof and we didn't hear airplanes even though the airport is fairly nearby and you can sometimes hear airplanes when you are outside. The kitchen had what we needed. The Kronenburg Tram Stop was very close by (5 and 25 Trams).

My stay in the hotel was comfortable. The hotel is not located in the very city center of Amsterdam, however the tram/metro access is very fast (and without problems) You are in the quiet quarter and with access to the public transport. - helpfull staff (they keep my baggage locked until the check in was open later afternoon) - clean rooms with all necessary things you need - I took this hotel as a base on my trip to Keukenhof (tulips) - good access to Amsterdam city center I enjoyed my stay very well!

The location was superb: light rail stop in 50 meters, train station Suid in 100 m., metro station in 400 m. It took us 15 minutes to get from Schiphol to the hotel and 12 minutes by light rail to the Museumplein! Also there is a small supermarket just in 100 meters from the hotel and a huge supermarket and shopping center in 12 minutes of walk. We recommend to visit the Kroon fish store in that shopping center - their herring and fish snacks were fabulous. The suite was impeccably clean, fully equipped, all the facilities worked perfectly. You can easily fix a breakfast or dinner in the kitchenette, use the coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The suite was perfectly cleaned after 7 days. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The closet is big enough to place two suitcases, shoes and coats. The air conditioner was perfect. The staff was excellent, very helpful, always available and ready to provide you with coffee capsules and all the other supplies - they denied us nothing! This hotel stands in sharp contrast to crampy and overpriced hotels and apartments which Amsterdam is notorious for.

    Location was excellent. In a lovely neighbourhood in South Amsterdam. Close to the great Amsterdam forest, but equally easy tram links into the city centre. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our 5 person family (2 adults + 3 kids aged 14, 11, 9). We may have slept better there than we do at home it was so comfortable (with excellent climate control in hot weather)!

    A nice, cosy and clean room with a renovated bathroom inclusive hairdryer. Breakfast was served at the table, you could order wathever you wanted. The owner was very polite. Location was superb, parkingplace in front of the hotel and no parkingfee and only a 10 minutes drive to the Rai.

    The rooms are well equipped and there is laundry (paid) and a roof deck for if the weather is nice. Good location very close walking distance to the metro station that goes into the city center. Museums are just a couple stops away. We found grocery stores just under 10 mins walk away.

    Great location although relatively far from city center but easy access to tram transportation which takes you to the center in 25min. Very modern and spacious room for a family of 4 with good amenities. The area around the hotel is very quite but full of shopping and eating outlets within a large shopping mall that is 10 min walk away.
