Everything :) The staff always were able to help you with anything. From negotiating cab fees to walking with you to a souvenir shop. I reached pohkara.at 12 midnight. I informed the hotel via booking.com to inform that my bus is very late. It was 12 midnight and I had someone waiting at pohkara bus stop to pick me up. AND they were extremely responsive via the chat It was reassuring :) Extremely grateful. :) The hotel is just walking distance from phewa lake. On the roof top you can see machaprae mountain if the skies are clear. From my balcony I had a view if the lake. :)

New hotel, everything is well-maintained and sparkling, the managers made us feel at home. The breakfast is of high quality and has satisfying varieties, the room we stayed in had a nice balcony and a sitting area. They prepared a nice package breakfast for us as we would be checking out early on the last day. It will always be our choice.

The service of the staff was outstanding. I wanted to do some tours around town and into the mountains and they set me up with literally everything and even helped me with changing my flight routes as was needed for a change in my itinerary. Besides the friendly staff, there is the possibility to see the Annapurna mountains from some bedrooms and the rooftop of the hotel. Wake up at 5.30 and when the skies are clear, your view will be amazing.

Everyone was super nice to us, welcoming and caring personnel in the hotel and the Grounds restaurant close by the hotel. Taking care of us like family. Both super clean, great room service, travel desk etc. In the Grounds restaurant crazily nice food and personnel too. That is why we have chosen this hotel for a second time and hoping we will come back some time again. We will kindly keep you in our minds. Very much recommended, the nicest place to stay in Pokhara.

The moment we arrived we felt warm welcome. It was very refreshing to arrive to the hotel. The staff is 11 our of 10. Seriously. Wow. We are picky guests and they always help with our demands very flexible and nice. Beautiful rooftop overlooking the laka. Although we had views from the room it was nice to have a little living area with epic views

Just like a nice hotel back home, this was a great property and exactly the relaxing stay I needed after a long trek. Rooftop pool, nice breakfast, large and clean rooms. Very nice staff too. Would recommend and will certainly stay again if I get back to Pokhara

    Location is perfect - lake side, near the main street but in a quiet neighborhood. Staff at the reception is super-helpful. Room is big enough and well-lit with a large window and own balcony. Breakfast is small but nice. Hotel has it's own electricity generator, this was helpful during short power-downs which happen very often in Nepal. Overall - reasonable quality for this price 👍
