The staff were very welcoming and helpful, I arrived early, much earlier than the stated check-in time, but i was welcomed, and after a short time i was checked in to my room. The bed was confortable, the location is within the central area, and close to the bus station as well, many shopping malls around and restaurants in the perimeter.

Dallah Taibah Hotel is located 50 metres away from Al Masjid Al-Nabawi, immersed in the commercial and shopping district of Medina.

Beautiful property, pleasant staff, and delicious breakfast. The staff always made us feel welcome and ensured all our needs were met. It is very close to the Haram. Both coffee shops serve delicious coffee. Fawzia in the coffee shop is very hospitable, and Fatma Gulam, along with all the housekeeping staff on our floor (too many to name), always made sure we had everything we needed in our room. I experienced a slight inconvenience during check-in, but it was handled immediately. While I can’t name everyone, every single staff member I encountered was helpful, professional, and made our stay special. I would definitely return without hesitation.

The location is very near to Masjid Nabawi. The staff was nice, even though we arrived for check in at 1.30 am. They provide free parking so it was a major plus.

This hotel is closest by the holy mosque on the western side. Women praying area is easily accessible. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Also a wide ranged menu for breakfast. Parking is available. Thank you for the great service!
