Everything was allright, food was good and staff was so so nice :) always smiling and in good mood, we felt very comfortable. They offer a ride from and to airport. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows. There was good AC and hot water. The restaurant staff were also great and there was a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. The restaurant is located on the rooftop where there is awesome views of Mt. Meru. There is an awesome coffee and snack cafe on the ground floor. The gym is state of the art with everything anyone will need for a work out or aerobic session. There are also knowledgeable trainers on site.

Kibo Palace Hotel was remarkable 👌🏽 Staff members were amazing. Really helpful and friendly. From the reception staff to the restaurant and the domestic and the bar staff kept my Cocktails coming. Quite a charming young man.

Overall, the staff are very friendly and did everything within reach to make our stay comfortable. The Wifi was unstable on this occasion due to a fibre cable damage that was reported globally. I had an issue with modification of my booking and the accounts team in consultation with the manager resolved it, exceeding my expectations! Well done team, i will always come again because of the great experience!
