the room was nice and in the right location . House keeper was great ! Heater never worked correctly we had to keep it on 78 or it wouldn't come on at all we told front desk . The front desk sent maintenance and maintenance said we had to keep it up to 78 tp have it come on . so the room was either to hot or to cold .

Being on the bay was great. The inner atrium is relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Having a free happy hour every night and a great breakfast each morning is a plus. Indoor pool is fun. The staff are amazingly nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great place to stay between flights or for a visit to the Bay Area.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to get adjoined rooms for the family. There is a fantastic walking / jogging path along the bay (with a great view of the airport and the take-off / landings). It was perfect for stretching our legs after a long drive from Napa. It was also fantastic to have the kids out to explore for the two hours before catching our flight (that really helped them chill out on the long-haul flight). We heard no Airport noise, but it was only minutes from the airport. Airport shuttle was super convenient. Staff was super helpful and cheerful.

We went for breakfast and was told they were not serving from the menu. The waiter told me to go get a coupon because we were there for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. The lady at the desk said I would have had to request at booking. I didn't understand that. I went back to the table and he said we could order off of the menu. I thought the buffet was very over priced. However we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before. Very good and not too pricey.
