This property exceeded all my expectations. From the welcoming glass of champagne to the checkout, everything was perfect. It was my birthday trip. I mentioned it at check in, and the manager sent a bottle of champagne to my room with a nice personal note. The room was large, attractively appointed with a spacious bathroom. The food was abundant and delicious. The complimentary breakfast, wine and appetizers, and cookies were complimentary. There were containers of candies available at any time. The staff was also outstanding. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

The hotel is lovely, but the staff, amenities and the location are the real stars. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and bright. The staff were very welcoming, extremely pleasant and helpful. A wonderful breakfast and afternoon wine/cheese were provided with the stay, as well as coffee and cold beverages all day - what a bonus! The location couldn't have been better - near to the waterfront, Rainbow Row and the Battery park. We were lucky to be there on a day when the hotel provided a short complimentary guided-tour of the harbor/park/surroundings along with an interesting and informative historical overview of Charleston. All in all, one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel came with many perks like pastry in the morning, sherry/brownie in the afternoon, cookie at night. The interior decoration was awesome and the location could not be better.

The staff were exemplary in their professionalism and warmth, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. A particular standout was the innovative car parking app, which streamlined the process of retrieving our vehicle with remarkable ease and efficiency. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive, with the serene and tranquil pool area providing an idyllic retreat. Bathed in sunlight from sunrise to late afternoon, it was the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Ideally situated between King Street and Meeting Street, The Lindy Renaissance offers unparalleled convenience, with premier restaurants, boutique shopping, and the vibrant Charleston City Markets just a short walk away. This prime location enhanced our ability to fully immerse ourselves in the city’s cultural offerings. Our stay was truly memorable, and we are already eagerly planning our return.     The hotel is superb. Very friendly staff, great location in the middle of Charleston. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and stylish. The lobby, cafe and restaurant are always buzzing, a very cool and happening place to be. The valet was also very friendly and helpful.
