The Highgrove Guest House is a gorgeous place to stay! Small-scale, comfortable, calm, and luxurious in the best thinkable way. Chris is the unprecedented host, like your favorite uncle! Meeting up by the airport upon arrival, serving marvelous sour-dough toast when we had arrived to the guest house, serving delicious breakfasts, cooking excellent dinner only for my wife and me, driving us to the rental car pick-up, and following up and caring over Whats App several days after we left Johannesburg. Not only is the place in an easy location but they made sure to think of everything you could ever need. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Could have hunkered down there for the entire vacation. Breakfast is amazing and Mark and Sheryl were so friendly and accommodating. Even when we had to check in late, they made sure we had everything we could need
