The atmosphere is luxurious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. The trade fair grounds (Messe Wien) are a 10-minute drive away from HEINhotel vienna airport. The city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. On request, an airport shuttle to the airport is offered at a surcharge. We stayed for one night between our flights.

The receptionist,who name is Markus was very helpful as we had a problem with payment and he resolved easily so we could pay with no problem. The check-in was super fast. The room was clean and small welcoming presents made it a very friendly atmosphere. Bad was comfortable and we slept well :-) The location was super good and close to the airport so it saved our time to get to the airport a lot!
