The location was absolutely great, close to all the main sightseeing spots and public transport, including boats and the main beach. City center with a view of the lake and harbour. Most staff were kind and helpful.

The breakfast was plentiful and we were able to eat it on the roof terrace because the restaurant was being renovated. Location directly at the harbour, very quiet.

A really characterful room on the top floor of an historic building in the centre of the historic part of town. Excellent catering facilities within the room and good shower etc. A high quality fan (with quiet 'night-time' setting) was supplied for warm nights. Excellent communication with owner, who supplied the town's 'Tourist card' giving many concessions, including a wonderful cruise on Lake Neuchatel, which we very much enjoyed. Superb central location.

Modern, recently renovated rooms. Great facilities. Excellent breakfast with a lake view at the terrace, and excellent attention from the breakfast staff!

Location is great, mid way between the station and the city centre. Staff is ver nice. Through the tourist tax, the reception provides you with free voucher for the city public transports

Fantastic modern room, with all stylish amenities. Bright and warm. Well equipped and have some small gifts for the guest. Location is just next to the castle and the tram station. So you can commute easily.
