The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

From the moment Phillipe picked us up from the parking area we felt special! Our room was beautiful - clean and modern with everything we needed ! The balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the beautiful view! We loved walking through the woods to get to saas fe! The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Beautifully presented. We ate a lA carte dinner one evening at the hotel and we are still talking about it! And they split all of our entrees up for us. We can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

The appartment was very nice, spacious, with modern furniture and very well equipped kitchen. We didn't miss anything. The location was great and it alowed us to hike to wonderful places. Also, it was very quiet and peacefull, so we could really rest. In the appartment price we also had Saastal Card which was a bliss, we really used it for taking the cable cars.
