The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Amazing dinner, very high quality in a cozy room with excellent service. Good breakfast. Vitznau is cozy and quiet town. The rooftop restaurant across the street is pretty good, they follow fusion food using the local ingredients.

Superb views from balcony. Staff is great and helpful, we needed a bit medical attention, all was organized. Room was small, but sufficient. Spa is great, not large, but we were lucky to have opportunity to sunbath outside - plenty of space - cozy and nice. towels, bathrobes good quality. Good cocktails, not so expensive for Switzerland :) Great stay, walking distance to few bars, we found one store, close to hiking trails and table cars. Super quiet! Love to come back!

The location is very convenient with beautiful scenic views. I was traveling with my family and I had the impression that we were visiting old friends. I'm very grateful to the hotel team, who created a warm and cozy home atmosphere. Special thanks to Mrs. Conny for her kindness, positive emotions and good sense of humor, Mrs. Gosia and Mrs. Oksana for the delicious breakfasts, dinners and good company. From the seamless check-in to thoughtful touches in the room, their hospitality truly stood out. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was an absolute delight. The cuisine was refined and flavorful, and the wine list was well-curated. Breakfast on the terrace with the view of Lucerne was the highlight of my mornings.
