The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place; meeting him significantly enhanced my experience in Zhangjiajie.

Plus, the staff, especially Xiaomei—I would like to mention her specifically because she helped me a lot. She planned and organised my whole Zhangjiajie trip as I was a first-time visitor. She guided me throughout, and she helped me at a personal level. I really appreciate her efforts. Also, breakfast was delicious, and you could find delicious Chinese food delicacies there, which was brilliant. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants peace and free time.

Very helpful with planning our trip and booking all relevant tickets in advance The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the price was good. This was the first hotel I've stayed in and I was lucky to be able to find one. In addition, there is even a free laundry service if you need to do laundry during your trip. All in all a great hotel.
