From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. It was our first time in China and the team at reception helped us to work out Alipay, Didi and maps, so we were ready to go!! The whole team, Frank, Kimberly, Joey, Belle and Zoey, were all so helpful, from showing us apps, giving local restaurant recommendations, providing tea and coffee to organising cars and trips, staying at Wenjun made our trip very enjoyable! The hotel is only a few minutes walk from a metro station, so we could get around really easily and safely, and there were also plenty of restaurants nearby (including a very nice one onsite!) if we didn't want to go too far. Bed was very comfy, shower was great, room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. We even got a Christmas present on 24th December :-)

The hotel is in a traditional style which we very much enjoyed and it is in a pedestrian courtyard so very little street noise. Staff was lovely and helpful.

The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. Location was great, many restaurants cafe at walking distance, close to subway line 4, Chunxilu. View from hotel, I was on 20th floor, 3 lighting building I could see, window can open little to get fresh air. I stayed 2 weeks so free laundry machine, dryer was so helpful. Free laundry services also provided. Hotel gave me Chinese style afternoon ticket at hotel 5th floor. Amenity was also good, liked room shoes, they have mobile battery which you can use your stay. Room cleaning service lady was very nice and kind.
