I wasn't sure I could make the date I sent originally and Christine was very accommodating. We received a warm welcome and a thorough check in. My friends and I were doing a hike up Pen y Fan leaving very early in the morning. Christine made us a packed lunch to go full of the essentials and more. That afternoon, I returned in a bit of a state, cold and wet. Christine offerred to dry some of my wet clothes and I had a lovely long warm shower. To top it off, we all had a made to order full english on Sunday morning. Christine is an amazing host and we enjoyed her company and her husband's in a beautiful environment. 10/10 - we would visit again! We were made welcome by the owners who ensured we enjoyed our stay. In the evenings there is a great atmosphere in the bar being popular with the locals. As for the food it’s top quality restaurant standard. Without doubt this is the best place to stay in the area we are going to stay again in the summer
