The room was spacious and comfortable with cozy wooden interior and a split-level layout. There was an electric heating mat on the mattress so we never felt cold in our room during the winter time. Maintaining a property in the mountain area is never an easy task and the hotel staff has done a great job in providing a comfortable accommodation to their guests. The complimentary shuttle service to the city centre, although with time restriction, is convenient and reliable.

Ashish and Team are so welcoming and put so much passion into their work. We really enjoyed all the activities, from the morning walk to the evening barbeque by the bonfire. Thanks also to Rupak and Satyam for the great musical entertainment and kitchen staff for the amazing food. We will be back and very much hope that they keep the standard this high!

The room was fabulous, we were on the top floor with city views.The facilities in the room were excellent and the bed and pillows so comfortable.The food was delicious with buffet choices for dinner and breakfast with plenty of variety for both Indian and Western visitors. Very clean and spacious hotel and a great treat for us after travelling around Northern India for nearly a month.

Ethan and I forgot the name of another staff :( was really nice. The location was super convenient as I could walk to victoria memorial and many other shopping places too. I highly recommend and definitely will come here again if I am coming back.
