A particular highlight was the spa facilities, which I can’t recommend enough. The treatments, ambiance, and overall experience were exceptional – definitely a must for anyone staying here. Grazie! Apartments at Residence Posidonia feature a seating area, TV and kitchenette with a stove. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. The apartment is in a great spot very close to Ischia Porto centre (although see below) and the views were amazing from our balcony. Our room was very well presented with plenty of space and good facilities. We loved our stay in Ischia at the residence and would definitely return when next visiting the island. That said, the real highlight for us was meeting Francesco and Guiseppe, who manage the apartments. They are lovely guys, nice to chat to and very helpful with anything relating to the apartment, getting around Ischia or visiting Naples, etc. They also communicated well with us prior to our holiday to make sure everything was organised and ready for our arrival. Loved this hotel, so beautiful, common areas and gardens are gorgeous, with amazing breakfast in the garden pavilion. Staff were splendid both on reception and at breakfast. I loved my stay here so much, I would gladly stay here again but in a room facing the garden.

Hotel Terme's air-conditioned rooms have either a balcony or terrace, and some have sea views. WiFi is free in public areas. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and offers many choices, but it skews sweet like most Italian breakfast does. The pool is fantastic. The room is large enough, as is the bathroom, and we were upgraded to a sea view which was great.

A continental breakfast is served daily, while the restaurant serves both local and classic Italian cuisine. You can also enjoy evening drinks on the open-air terrace. Really great experience - lovely hotel with a beautiful room overlooking the sea. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful which made the stay a breeze. The restaurant is amazing for dinner and breakfast and getting to and from the hotel is easy via taxi or bus (bus stop outside). Had a treatment at the spa and it was very good. Would easily stay here again!

The room was spacious and elegant, with a lovely view, and the pool provided a relaxing retreat. A standout feature was the complimentary taxi service, which made getting closer to the city incredibly easy—a real game-changer! We highly recommend this property for an enjoyable, hassle-free experience. Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to return!
